During the course of a loving relationship, your partner and you take on different roles. This course will help you identify the four roles that are necessary to maintain an appropriate balance and achieve the relationship that you desire. These roles are described as Companion, Partner, Giver, and Lover. When properly understood and acted upon, these roles provide a support system that prevents loneliness, disloyalty, and resentment, and ensures a greater sense of unity, respect, and fulfillment.
The goal of this course is to provide you and your partner with greater understanding to help your relationship remain fresh, alive, and stimulating.
-
Companion: Discover what true companionship means and how loneliness is alleviated by being each other’s companion.
-
Partner: Your relationship is in certain ways similar to a business partnership. Learn how to maximize profit in your relationship by sharing goals and responsibilities.
-
Giver: Your relationship will flourish if both of you try to out-give the other. Sacrificial giving renders far more in return than what you have given away.
-
Lover: Love is expressed in words and actions. Find out how to support, serve and surprise your spouse.
