There are times when we are shocked by the force of own anger. We are kind people who are sometimes faced with situations that bring out surprising amounts of anger and aggression. You may even be taken aback when family members (or others) acknowledge your anger!
This course outlines the physiological responses to anger and the differences between anger and aggression. The relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behavior during the three phases of the Anger Cycle is also described. Parents are also provided with specific Anger Management techniques to help them respond positively to feelings of anger.
